Vintage Market Day's

Recently my gal pal's and I went to a vintage market, kinda like a smaller version of the Country Living fair. We found a lot of good scores. I picked up a shweet plaid picnic set, and a great little vin suitcase for my sisters collection. We had great food truck fare and beautiful weather. Chalk another one up for a fab , fabby girl's day out!

Fair's, Fair's everywhere!

It fall fair , and festival time, and I'm lovin every local honey booth, antique treasure hunt, and food truck cuisine galore!
Alas there are only so many this jingling pocket of change can peruse, but we did hit a few. One we ( me and Vintage Honeybee, my sister) recently enjoyed was Green Tree Festival . We were sorely disappointed the homemade chicken and dumpling's were sold out, but we still had a jolly good time slurping juicy sno-cones , and devoured fresh strawberry shortcakes. Oh also THE best authentic root beer ever!! Enough about the food eh? The craft's were great, and we loved the 1800's village set up with awesome craftsman, and of course we love the book fair too! I hope your fall is allowing you time to enjoy a festival or two! Happy Thurs!

Green With Indie

Wow! Two art fair's in a row! Yep, we hit another on Saturday. It started off pouring rain, but fortunately it was an inside, and even better was when the sunshine came out before we got there and everybody cheered up and was able to really enjoy being out at the Green with Indie fair, and the food truck's luring you with their tasty fare. This was the first time me , my sister, and our delightful;) friend Emmy attended this one, and we were not disappointed! It had a great variety of art's and craftsman , and we made some jolly fun score's,! We will definitely be going back next year, or maybe even join in the fun!!! Happy (who we kiddin) Monday!

Yay, Art fair's have begun!

Spring, or almost spring is the start of Art Fair's and you could really tell people were happy to get out of the house and enjoy the row's of art and crafty goodness! I know I did! My little man, has been going to fair's since he was in the womb, and was pulling out gripes left and right. On the other hand, I also had my little cousin with me who is my Art Girl who was in heaven as this was her first Art Show! hopefully I made a memory! I really enjoyed showing her all the medium's and talking with other Artist's. I was really happy she found a perfect first art purchase, a tiny wood burned and painted owl necklace! I found myself a simple sterling initial charm, with a teeny "D". I wish $ was no option so I could buy something from every booth! I love to support handmade!! Happy Monday!.. Not!;}

My mini artist standing next to the gorgeous felted piece I have on hold for me! The softness is amazing! And my turkey kid in the back....

Loved these pin's all shapes and color's, and their clever titles.

Great earring's and use of material's

Hello Friday! Let's do lunch !

 Friday is usually my uber busy bee day. I was particularly anxious to get the majority of my work done in the morning so that by noon I could meet up with my little sister and have a nice lunch.
It was her anniversary , and she was nearby for an appointment so I thought it'd be fun to take her to luncheon to celebrate!
Happily my schedule worked out, and more happily after giving her some tasty choices she picked Ranoush , and their delicious middle eastern cuisine.
We both really enjoyed our fare, and it was nice to just sit and chat together. We usually have the kiddos, and grab food they favor, so it was a nice change of pace. Then it was "adios hermana "as we went back to our day with full belly's and warm hearts:) Happy Friday all! :) Dawn
