Fabby Star Headband

I saw a simple star in a model's hair in a magazine, and was inspired to have some star's in my own tresses! Idea in my head, I hit the thrift's hoping to find something to revamp, and lo and behold, I scored a fabulous vintage hat with Stars! It was perfect for my project because it was too misshaped to be worn, so I didn't feel bad about using some stars off it. I purchased an inexpensive headband, found some great old silk bias tape from my stash, and along with Aleen's Tacky Glue, and my handy dandy Mod Podge, I had a new starry hair band in no time!
