I love eyelet. I love lace.

Throughout the years I have come across some wonderful eyelet pieces while thrifting. The modern find's are pretty, but the vintage are outta this world! I find the detail's to be so fabulous . Example being my last score in black eyelet, that is so well made, but also very tiny! No supa size fries for the ladies way back when! Alas I can't fit into this one, but I couldn't pass it up! Someday? After all we need an inspiration outfit or two eh? Best modern score of recent would be the short scalloped, and eyelet suede boot's I picked up for a song! Lace too is on the runway's although these white lacy boot's I pinned on my Pinterest (feel free to follow my Smashin Fashion board) may be a bit too much yet are fab just the same. And I was in love, love with the beautiful peplum jacket and shorts at a really good price at surprisingly JcPenny.. Who knew! Well I know this, I am going to be looking for more eyelet and lace to add to my spring/summer wardrobe! Happy almost weekend! Hooray!
