When having a blue day what else can remedy better than to bake blue cupcakes! Much cheerier than it's typical white or chocolate cousin's! And even better when you add cotton candy around the edges,(footnote: the cotton candy shrink's down after a bit)and top it off with a sour cherry! Puta smile on your face? I say yes! And they taste yum too!
